If shipping your own artworks, please confirm the artwork list, dimensions, packaging, and arrival schedule with the gallery before dispatch. Provide a tracking number once shipped.
Artists are responsible for shipping and return shipping costs. Final file submission and artwork arrival deadlines will be provided in the confirmation email.
Confirmation, payment & changes
After reviewing your application, the gallery will contact you to confirm the selected works, display arrangement, and itemised costs.
Payment can be completed through a Square payment link provided by the gallery. Please reply to the confirmation email with your artist name and payment confirmation.
Any changes to printing, framing, or display arrangements should be agreed upon before production begins. Cancellation and refund terms will be confirmed in writing before payment.
Exhibition documentation & certificates
The gallery will photograph and film the exhibition and share the documentation with participating artists after the exhibition.
Participation certificates can be arranged upon request. Please let us know during the application or confirmation process so that we can discuss the details.

Artwork sales — 80% artist / 20% gallery

Artists set their own prices. For works sold during the exhibition, the gallery receives a 20% commission, and the artist receives 80% of the sale price.
Please provide prices, edition details, and information about signatures or certificates when confirming participation. Payment settlement, delivery, and shipping arrangements will be agreed upon separately.
After the exhibition — storage & returns
Unsold artworks may be stored by the gallery free of charge for one year or returned to the artist.
